Yes! Meridian at Fairfield Park is a pet-friendly community welcoming both cats and dogs. We have a large dog park and even have a pest spa for your convenience. We allow up to three pets per home, but no more than 2 dogs. Breed restrictions may apply, and all pets must complete our approval process prior to move-in.

Meridian at Fairfield Park is conveniently located near some of the best that Wilmington has to offer. When it’s time to get out and explore, enjoy easy access to The Pointe at Barclay for dining, shopping, and movies, or head into Historic Downtown Wilmington for local restaurants, breweries, entertainment, and the scenic Riverwalk. Beach days are easy, too—Meridian is ideally situated between Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach, giving you plenty of options when you’re ready for some sun and sand.

Outdoor destinations and local attractions including Airlie Gardens, the New Hanover County Arboretum, Carolina Beach State Park, and the Cape Fear River are also within an easy drive. Plus, nearby access to major Wilmington roadways makes getting to Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, UNCW, downtown, and other parts of the city simple.

Our onsite maintenance team is available to assist residents with service requests and emergency maintenance needs. Residents can easily submit maintenance requests online through the resident portal for fast and convenient service.

Yes! Meridian at Fairfield Park offers elevator access throughout the community, making it convenient for residents moving in, carrying groceries, or accessing amenities.
